I am an active member but did not claim my software? 

If you are currently an active member of the Legacy Mastermind, but have not selected your software tools, you can contact support at support@strategicmarketer.com to request your software selection. 


Once your tools are locked in, we are unable to change them for at least 90 days, So please review your selections carefully to ensure you are selecting the correct tools for your goals. 

Please note, these should be tools that you do not already own as these are not a replacement for the full versions, these would be Lite versions for new tools to try out. We will NOT cancel a paid software membership and supply a trial level in its place.

I am an active member but would like to change my software selection.

To change out your existing software trial, email support at support@strategicmarketer.com using the subject Legacy Mastermind - Software Tool Exchange Request.

Just let us know which software you will be exchanging for your new request. Please allow up to 3 business days for the software exchange to be processed.

I need to update my details for and/or rejoin the Facebook Community

No problem! If you are currently an active Legacy Member, simply send David Strategic a private message with the email address and name used on your Legacy Membership account, and we will get you added. Please allow up to 2 business days for your request to be processed.

Tip: if you are not already a friend of David Strategic, send a friend request first.

I am a Legacy Mastermind member that has been utalizing my Gap Session? How do I rejoin?

If you are not currently an active member, but would like to rejoin after using your single Gap Session, please contact us at support@strategicmarketer.com for assistance.

What if my Gap Session has elapsed? 

As part of the deeply discounted Mastermind PriceLock, all Legacy members were offered the opportunity to choose to "pause your membership" for one term. You would then return to the Legacy Mastermind program at your $397 level afterward. However, you can only implement one Gap Session session. You need to keep your account in good standing to take advantage of that offer.

 

Should your break have exceeded beyond your single gap session, your account is no longer eligible for the Legacy Mastermind Pricelock. 

 

Please note: If your subscription is halted due to a payment failure and we are unable to reach you to remedy the account in a timely manner, your Gap Session, if avilable, will be implemented. If you have already utalized your Gap Session, your account will no longer be eligible for the Legacy Mastermind Pricelock.

If I upgraded to the Partner Program, does that count as my Gap Session?

Upgrading to the Partner Program will not count as your Gap Session, as long as your account remains active an in good standing. An active Partner Program membership will be considered an "active membership", therefore your Gap Session is not utalized.

What if I joined the Partner Program but no longer wish to retain that membership level? 

While we would love to see you remain in the Partner Program, we understand that might not be what works for you right now.

As a Legacy member you will have one of two options open to you: 

 

1) If you have NOT previously utilized your "Gap Session" you are entitled to downgrade to the Legacy Membership access level or implement your Gap Session. 

2) If you HAVE previously utilized your "Gap Session" you will have the opportunity to downgrade to the Legacy Membership access level. Should you choose not to rejoin the Legacy Membership at that time, your Legacy Pricelock will elapse and you will no longer have access to the Legacy Membership Pricelock.

Will my Legacy DWY Credits still work during my Gap Session?

No, DWY credits are only available to be used by active Legacy Mastermind members. 

Q

Do I have to wait the full session to rejoin if I have selected to utalize my Gap Session?

The Gap Session was designed to allow you to take a full season off, however, you are welcome to rejoin the program again early. You do not need to wait a full season to rejoin. 


Please keep in mind, a Gap Session can only be implemented ONE time. As such, you are welcome to use your Gap Session for only a partial season, however, you do not have the ability to reimplement it again at a later date.
