Key Responsibilities
🔧 Advanced Technical Support
Resolve complex technical issues, guiding customers through intricate troubleshooting processes and providing expert-level solutions.

🏁 Customer Onboarding & Training
Lead advanced onboarding sessions, helping customers integrate our solutions into their existing systems and workflows.

What We're Looking For
📅 Experience
2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a focus on advanced technical support within a SaaS or technical environment.
🛠️ Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of software systems, APIs, integrations, and advanced troubleshooting methodologies.
💬 Communication
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
